I figured I would start a thread to see if anyone would like any custom/duplication King Starboard work done? I've been working with the stuff for awhile and have completed many projects at the yard I work at, customers of my own, and on my own personal boats. I have a full shop dedicated to fabricating wood, plastic, plexiglass etc.

Working at a yard, I get a discount on full 4x8 sheets and keep a decent amount in stock most of the time. This may work out in some peoples favor instead of having to buy a full sheet in order to build something and have a lot of material leftover.

I don't have that many photos unfortunately but I will put up a few that I have on my phone just to get an idea. If there are enough people interested I will come up with a more legit/neater way of showing my work and coming up with prices. Im located on Long Island and work at a marina on the south shore of nassau county. I am willing to travel and already do a lot of mobile work, however it depends on the size of the job and work involved.

I can pretty much duplicate/build mostly anything you would like out of starboard. The most popular are bow pulpits, swim platforms, cabinets, hatches, deck plates, bulkheads, anchor lockers, cockpit or cabin trim, rod holders, filet stations/tables, foot rests, dashboards, switch panels, cup holders, cabin doors, and steps. I'm currently working on a jig to build louver doors so those will also be available soon.

Again I apologize for the pictures but they are all I have on me at the moment. Also if this is the wrong area to post a thread like this I apologize. Feel free to respond here, private message, or you can email me at jasonbrinch88@gmail.com

Do you have the template for the cabin bulkhead on a 1989 25' Sailfish? Its time to replace my faded wood panel.

A bit off topic, but what is the best color king Starboard to match the Grady Hull, and what would a pair of doors (And trim) for a 89 seafarer cost?

I can now make louver doors as well. I'll have a few pictures more towards the end of the week.

Jason,

Photo of exterior of my existing bulkhead showing 3 piece door. Would probably want louvers in 2 small door sections.

How about a table for the cockpit area that stows away easy. Maybe a beadboard top like the removable panels for seating/storage with (4) female inserts that hardwood dowels with rubber end caps. The top could be a solid 2X3 or so piece or get fancy with individual pieces and nylon strapping underneath that ties the pieces together.

definitely possible, not a bad idea.
