2005 Marlin. I have a single Raymarine C120 right now, with analog radar. I'd like to upgrade the electronics but hopefully in steps. This year I would like to add a second chart plotter. Looking at staying Raymarine so I can at least use the transducer. I know the radar won't work. I'm guessing a 12" display won't fit. Anyone have dual screens? I have the standard flush mount. I'm thinking 9" and keeping the C120 for radar for now. Upgrade radar next year.

FWIW I have the Raymarine e120 and e80. I don't think anything bigger will fit.

You'll love dual screens. Do it!

To use a better radar you'll need the E series so you can go at least digital. Add an E80 so they basically look the same then connect the upgraded radar to the E80.

Thanks. I'll probably have to wait until the shrink wrap comes off and get in there and measure before buying. Long winter. I got a quote for a full electronics upgrade and it was a lot, hence the desire to do this in pieces. My radar is fine for me now, but the new chart plotters are a big upgrade.

I know in 2006 or 2007 they made the windshield higher. Anyone know if the flush mount got bigger as well?

Roughly the same size and I don't think they changed the mold, but the flush mount fiberglass front piece allows for more real estate for electronics. If you and probably get one with the radio box doors to offer the same size if you do some cutting .

I have a Furuno TZT2 (12") and a little Raymarine eS7. I believe that two of the big Furuno's would fit. I just had the Raymarine so I reused it. I don't have the factory flush mount helm though. I fabricated the plate and it may have more room.

I have a pic here:
