I have zero idea. I used my checkbook. I'd check with sailrite, or sunbrella's website, my guess is that a commercial machine will make the job a lot less stressful.

We went with sunbrella fabric, and all new cushions. 4' Thick and a medium/hard density. Wife and I love them, daughter finds it a bit too dense, so we add an eggcrate foam on top of the mid berth for her. Not cheap.

IMO, nothing looks better than well kept teak especially on a classic boat - it really shows the pride of ownership. There was an early 90's Grady on my dock up until this year, where the owner was meticulous about the teak. Made the boat pop.
