Thanks for the reply. I've tried compound and buff. Unfortunately it its in too bad of shape. If i were to buy a new replacement rub rail would i not have the same problem with holes? This rub rail looks pretty symmetrical.....but is could just be my bad eyes.

Has anyone ever taken the rub rail off, flipped it over, and reinstalled it? The top of mine is damaged by the sun and the bottom side is like new. My rub rail has the rubber insert....not metal

Has anyone had any luck installing trim tabs on a 175 Spirit? If so, can you tell me the specific size and model you used. Any pictures would be greatly appreciated.

For what it is worth. I had them send me samples of both the Seaquest Chalk color and Sea White. Neither are an exact match but the Sea White is pretty close. Chalk isn't close at all.

Got samples of both. Seaquest Chalk isn't even close. Seaquest Sea White is closest I've found but it not exact. I'll keep looking and post what i find.

I'm looking to recover the cockpit bolsters on my boat. Can someone direct me to a company that makes this material? I'm looking for the exact same material that came with the boat.

We have a 2003 with 225's as well as a 2001 with 250 two strokes. Very little noticeable performance difference. Top end may be 2-3 mph slower but she cruises wonderfully at 26-27 kts. A full day of fishing (12-13) hours we will burn 140-150 gallons with the four strokes. We'll burn close to...
