Check the car care section There are products at auto parts stores that I've used to brighten up rubber and plastic parts on my mustang. The names have escaped me.....sometimers strikes again. Just ask the store clerks for help.

My 20' overniter I had a 200hp 2 stroke and it cruised at 34 mph and toped out at 44. I would not go below 200hp on either and with a 4 stoker it'll be even better.
