Hey Ben, pop-up cleats are nice and work quite well. There are several versions out there... My experience with them is on competition ski boats, which, for the most part, never came with aft cleats, as there is a great risk in the ski rope getting caught on a cleat if the line goes...

They were sitting on top of the bow on a cuddy boat... That is a no-no....

Hi Dennis, thanks for your comments. And I agree with you... My primary motivation in going with the same style/type of CB was because I'm too lazy to fabricate a new CB panel. Had GW consulted with me, I'd have told them to move that entire panel, along with the batts, to a forward, elevated...

Ok, a bit of sluething on google turned up that the orginal TI breakers are now part of Sensata, which makes Klixon breakers, which are also a direct replacement for the OEM TI units. And they can be had in 10 AMP versions... all done!

Yep, that's why I asked if anyone knew of another source... I don't want to modify what the OEM did, that's why.... Thanks, Ultra

Hey folks, the 3 CB's down at the battery switch are fairly corroded. The 10amp units are likely frozen. The OEM used Texas Instrument breakers in this location...the replacement, weather sealed units, from what I have been able to find, can be either Mallory or Blue Sea Systems. I can source...

Myboyatt, a bowrider is just that, with seats meant to be used when underway. What is happening here is folks without bowriders, such as the cuddy boats, are letting folks ride 'on top of the boat'. That's a big no-no. As it should be as it is not safe. It's really simple...when underway...
