    Re: 1989 204 Overnighter w/ 04' yamaha *New Boat* So far I have removed the electrical panel, epoxied/sanded some screw holes, removed the old horn, removed the windshield wiper, and have gotten some rust stains out of the hatches. I wasn't happy with how the epoxy came out in the colder...

    Intro/Overnighter Modifications

    I'm on the the "same boat" as you, live in Long Island, and recently purchased a 1989 Overnighter w/ an 04' yamaha. I have the same problem as you with my center access to the fuel tank. I am planning on reenforcing the panel this winter.
