Has any one had issues with water leaking into you swim platform from the bolt holes in the fold down ladder?
It appears that I have this problem. I removed the bolts to replace them with new SS hardware and noted dripping from the bottom of the platform and upon further inspection I noted rotted wood within the sealed deck! I don't know how extensive the intrusion is or for how long the problem has existed. The outboard bracket appears intact.
Any insights would be appreciated.
