50k is about what its worth if you can find a buyer who will buy a boat with 1300 hours on the engines.

Sounds to me like they did know and failed to tell you. If you knew they had 1300 hours on them would you have even looked or bought the boat? I am sure you would not have paid what you payed for her.

I am sorry, you were lied to and a huge big lie at that. You were buying the boat thinking it had 671 hours on eack engine and they have 1300 hours? Your resale value just went down the toilet! What if you need to unload the boat or just want to unload her? You will have a much harder time...

from what I have heard from more then one owner of the 300 Marlins with f225 you will burn 1 gal per mile to 1.2 miles. I have only heard one person tell me he got better then that at 1 gal per 1.4 miles. Let me know what you end up getting, the 300 is a great boat its a heavy boat and wide...

based on eveything that I have read in this thread, I would buy the 2005. newer boat and engines and lower hours go a long way.
