Finally finished my flush mount panel for my 2006 Tournament 225. Wanted to flush mount my Simrad G09 but I also wanted to keep the existing storage area of my dash. I came up with a one piece panel where I could use the existing hinges and latch. Turned out perfect!

Good Job! What tools and measurements did you use to do that? I have a GO 9 and have wanted to do that to my 1998 232G Gulfstream.

I bought a sheet of 3/16 thick black acrylic from Display Plastics on Amazon. I took the existing two panels and taped them together in the closed position. I had a friend of mine who is a sign fabricator cut the panel to size and put the cutouts in for me. It worked out to perfect size.
Thanks
Joe
