i feel lazy asking this question but my boat is three hours away in storage. Does anyone know the distance between the sides and the edge of the transom seat. I saw two little coolers that i want to tuck into either side of the seat, I was thinking about modifing them to act as lure storage and seats for extending jigging. Any input on lure storage would be great.

Not sure of the question, Mine has the built-in transom seat, It is an 04. I believe in 05 they went with the fold away. Some like it some don't? On the built in model there are two coolers or storage cutouts on either side of the bench. I don't think I answered your question but for what it is worth. Good luck
