With the antenna farm I now have on my hardtop. My wire conduit from the electronics box to the helm is full. With no tower shop near me. I decided to add one myself. I bought a straight and a 90 degree flanged barb and some 1” white hose. The barb fittings come from a company called Brewers Supply. I had to drill them on my drill press for the mounting screws. 043E90F8-DD2B-4BD1-9CC1-624CE2A2BDB8.jpeg31F29D54-ACA0-49D0-B653-B7322397CE34.jpeg

They are 316 Stainless Steel. They are made for making beer!?

Ah Ha....so we tell the sheriffs boat that it is a wire conduit but in actuality it is the beer delivery pipe bringing the product from the mini brewery installed in the cudy . Very ingenious. Obviously you will mount the spigot in the overhead box. I wondered why you chose that high quality hose. This is really first cabin.

Looks fine. Too bad it was required though. The only thing I would do is adjust the placement so it minimizes impact to sight lines at the helm.

Its way off from the forward site line. The helm on a 330 is in the center. From the helm. I carefully lined up the conduit to be in the same site line of the forward tower legs To starboard. Thus. No additional view being blocked. I’ve been doing this for 42 years. I’ve passed more Sea Buoy’s then most people have telephone poles my friend.

Nice job!

Thanks, it has made me not dread having to pull another wire or cable from top to bottom! I added a cell phone booster , WiFi booster and a wired stereo remote thru it already. Easy Peasy Instead of knuckle busting. I moved my stereo up to the hardtop, and put a remote in the cabin. We like that a lot better. We put a blue ray DVD player in where the stereo was in the cabin Above the TV.

I bet the outboard rigging tubes would work well too.

I considered them, but there’s no 90 degree fittings and they are too big for what I wanted. I used 1” hose. Those are 2 1/2“ or 3”. They would definitely work though if you don’t need a 90.
