I decided to add a sub woofer since it’s hard to hear any bass when we are running. I elected to use the Jensen self amplified 200 watt 8” unit. I didn’t want to cut a big hole in my boat, so I knew I wanted to mount it in the access panel For the water heater. You only have about 3 1/2” depth before you run into the water heater. The Jensen fit perfectly.
it does not give the extreme bass that young people like for their rap music, but it works great for my Rock and Roll and Country Music. I’m very pleased with it.
