I'm upgrading the electronics on my 2007 GW 360 Express. Garmin 7612's, Open Array Radar, AutoPilot GHP Reactor, VHF200, Fusion radio...the works! The installer offered various choices for the reinstall in the electronics box since the holes are going to be different...from starboard to plexiglass (with CF cover) to redoing the fibreglass all over again but I'm considering replacing the box itself....Voila! My main concern is how much this is going to cost me and how easy/difficult would the install be. Has anyone done this before?

Any advice, link, pictures, videos, schematics are more than welcome. I promise a bunch of Electronics Porn Pictures afterwards. :dance

I'm going through the exact same question for my new-to-me 330 Express. I found out that the 330 electronics box for my 2003 was made by Moore's Fiberglass in North Carolina. They may have also made the one for the 360 but Grady customer service can tell you for sure.

I haven't fully committed but I decided I would have a new front panel custom fabricated out of acrylic with a carbon fiber pattern to match the other carbon fiber looking panels. (Those panels are aluminum with the carbon fiber look screened on). Part of my thinking is that I may continue to modify the panel in future, so I wanted to be able to make changes or even have a new panel made without a lot of cost and hassle.

I'm guessing that replacing the box may cost more than redoing the fiberglass but that probably depends on how much you need to do.

Here's a mockup of what I want it to look like.

Ever,
I just installed two 7610 on my marlin and used starboard. Matching color is seafoam and is cheap if ordered from McMaster Carr.
As you can see I don't post much(read a lot) but will try to upload pic. I'm not that computer savy. Damn construction worker.
