Forward cooler drain plug

In the front section of my boat on the right side there is a cooler / icebox which drains thru a hose connected to a thru Hull.

Mine was full of water and I’m not sure how to get it to drain. Is there a trick to this?

Ignore this I figured it out, a mud robber had blocked the hole.
