my name is tom and i live in central florida. just picked up a 1976 17.5' grady white. bow rider style. not sure of the model #. have been a boat owner since the 70's but this is my first grady white. i'm sure i will need to "pick some brains", and this seems like the forum to do so. thanks for the add!

TY Halfhitch. Actually, my 1976 Grady looks like she is 3 or 4 y/o. Time capsule. Even has a 1976 Johnson 70hp that runs like new. A little underpowered for a hull rated for 130hp, but period correct. would love to upgrade to a 4 stroke 120hp, but don't want to lose the "history". Plan to cruise and fish the Tampa Bay area as she sits. Even has the canvas 'top'. I don't think I can bring myself to ruin this boat by upgrading to what I want her to be.

Well I took a pic of the original Grady owners manual and the Johnson owners manual but it says the file is too large.
