New to me 228

I’m just getting ready to close on a 2009 228. Has under 400 hours on the 250 and all new electronics including HD radar. Had it surveyed and everything checked out good. I’m moving up from a 205 and hoping to see a reasonable difference in space and ride. Any advice or comments will be appreciated.

It should take chop better since it has more weight and length, my 226 rides more like some 24's I have been on. You will notice that it pushes through boat wake better also.

practice reverse - you'll have to trim up pretty high to get a good bite. Boat crabs a bit on the quartering seas. Overall, an excellent all-around hull.
