Replacement Vent Cover

Looking for horn vent cover on 1999 Tournament 192 - can't seem to find one anywhere. It's roughly 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" and has a mesh screen behind the vent. It says Challenger on it and the horn is placed behind it, see photo attached.

They are nearly impossible to find.

I recommend you have boat outfitters (boatoutfitters.com) make you a custom starboard panel in the same size, with a cutout for a single flush trumpet horn. That way when the horn fails in a couple years you can reuse the panel and replace the horn.

Had the same problem with my new to me 03 192.
Called Grady, they sent me to Challenger and the lady that answered the phone there knew exactly what I was talking about.
She told me they get calls all the time about this horn assy but it is no longer available.
I bought a piece of starboard from West Marine and made a mounting plate the same size as the Challenger horn and cut a hole the correct size to mount the new horn also from WM.
