I have a 1999 Grady White 268 Islander with twin 200 Yamaha Saltwater Year 1999s also.
I'm curious what others are running for cruising speed.
I'm at 3400 RPMS at 21-22 knots.
Also...what top end have people found when needed.
Thanks for any feedback

I have only been on an Islander once and it was powered with a 250 EFI. However I have been on many twin engine Gradys so I'll at least give an estimate.
I would guess around 3800 rpm you would get the best mpg, probably running about 25-27 knots with a clean bottom and normal load.
I would guess your should be able to turn up to around 5600-6000 rpm with a light load and be able to hit about 43-45 knots with a clean bottom.

I have a 1999 268 with twin Yammie 200s, same as you. I am also about 3400 RPM with 22 knots and about 16-17 gph.
