Does anyone have a picture of the transducer flats in a 282. Mine is a 2002 and I will be putting through hull ducers in her. The grady info sheet simply states that they exist, not where....
Ken, if you take the drop-in storage bin out from under the transom seat, and look right there, just to starboard, you will see it. My boat has a tilted-angle thru-hull mounted there, and it works well. There is plenty of room to run the cable and install the ducer.
Thanks Bill. I will have a closer look in the morning. I was not able to see is on initial inspection. Does the ducer come out in a flat area of the hull, or in the concave area?
