I have a couple tips from messing with the windows on a 95 sailfish I owned.

If you need the factory rubber seals call marine glass specialties in Tampa. They have the originals.

If you're going to rebed the glass don't use glazing compound, use silicone. I had to redo mine.

I resealed the frame to cabin joint with GE Silcone II Almond caulk. Let it mush out all around the edges, ALLOW to dry (a day or so) THEN cut off the excess with a razor knife. I needed lots of silicone to seal the joint as the hole in the cabin was way oversized and I didn't want to do the job again. Lay some plastic sheeting on the cushions so the silicone does not squeeze out and drip onto them. I took the windows and frames to an auto glass shop and had them install the glass. They did a super job. The frames are bent slightly to form a radius but the glass is flat. You need to put more silicone on the ends and less in the middle portion. I paid them $20 each but it was worth it. Clean off the old silicone with acetone.
