cabin leak

Help, I have a 2001 282 sailfish and now I have a leak coming in from the bow side of the hatch at the hatch. I have re-chaulked the hatch, took it out, opened the caps in the head liner to check the wipers and the hard top mounts (no water there). Could the hatch just be bad or where else could it be coming from? :-| :bang

I had the same thing on a 2003 sailfish. my problem turned out to be the horn. there is a good size hole at the center of the horn for the 2 sets of wires to enter the cabin. they use a rubber gasket along with caulk. the caulk failed. i found this after doing most of what you mentioned as well. then while replacing a broken horn i found the culprit. hope this helps. good luck
