Have an 06 Marlin with less than 300 hrs. and the headliner has severe
cracks that start around the dome light in the head and radiate out
in several directions for at least 10" to 16" with the longest crack
running into the cabin area. This boat originally had headliner stress
marks repaired when I took delivery and I hope GW will fix this
regardless if the boat is out of warranty. I just noticed this today as my
work schedule and related travel has been heavy. This boat has never
been abused in pounding seas and is in outstanding conditon. I will be
contacting my dealer, Tri-State Marine on Monday.

I had an 04 Marlin with the same issue. GW and Tri-State fixed it no questions asked. You should place a call Monday AM to GW Csutomer Service.

Stonewall,

How visible was the repair as far as blending the material color.

striperman...if you're still getting cracks after a cosmetic repair, that would mean its flexing too much and needs a little extra reinforcement...that should be covered by the dealer...don't let them tell you otherwise..it shouldn't happen.
