On the subject of rebuilding the rear cockpit bulkhead. Mine is an I/O so no doors but used marine ply then thin glass cloth and West System then painted it. Replaced it several years ago and it still looks like new. I toyed with the idea of Starboard but a piece that big was quite heavy and expensive to ship to my location.
