Portable AC unit (Cruiseaire)...anyone know?

I was thinking of aquiring a Cruiseaire AC portable 5000btu unit. These are the units that fit over the forward hatch. Anyone know about these units or would have any opinions about them. I have a 272 Sailfish....would this unit be simple or a bear to use with this boat? Is it worth the trouble. Any other advice?
