I just put my boat in the water from winter storage and noticed while putting it in the slip that the trim guage on the starboard side motor is reading 6 bars, while the port engine is reading one bar. I have played with the tilt switches on the control which works both motors and with the individual controls but the bars will not go down on the starboard motor, just the port side. The motors visually appear to be sitting at the same height, but the reading is off.
The bars will read accordingly when the motors are trimmed all the way up on both gauges, but will not go below the six bars when trimmed down. I have only owned the boat for one season and cannot remember if that is how it read originally. Does that reading seem correct? Any ideas and solutions for same would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
