Dose seem high at first thought, but... Ask for an itemized bill (or should already have it?) and post that. There could be other things and it depends on how they bill for this service. Travel time, though, is probably 4-ish hours. Not sure where you are located or their hourly rate, but if they're $125/hour that's $600 of the bill... plus the other two hours equals $850. Assuming 6% sales tax and maybe $10 in shop supplies, that leaves $184 for parts... possibly a fuel surcharge from that figure, too. Get an itemized bill - otherwise we're just guessing.
