I'd like to figure out how to raise up my port side sleeper lounge seat a few inches on my Freedom 225 because it sits too low, several inches lower that the helm seat making it difficult for many passengers to see over the head compartment and through the windshield. I haven't really studied it yet, but am guessing it might be best to remove entire seat assembly and build some sort of spacer out of starboard or some similar material, and mount it between deck and seat. Has anyone ever tried this or something else similar?
