So here in Texas its starting to get a little chilly, 60-70's. I just got to thinking of what projects I have to do over the winter...Im gonna pull the boat next week since deer season start Nov1st

1) Pick Up new Custom Aluminum Trailer (Today!!)
2) Recore Fuel Tank Floor
3) Rewire new switches and add pump to seperate the livewell/washdown
4) New bottom paint
5) Install Furuno Radar and radar dome- Excited about this!!
6) Paint cockpit with Kiwi Grip (Has anyone got feedback on Kiwi Grip?)
7) Replace SeaStar steering system- the rams are leaking and due to the age im gonna change the helm pump, and lines too.
8) Add two more 15 degree Lee rod holders

I cant wait im such a project guy..also got a new epirb in the mail, and I bought a new Sat Phone incase of emergencys...

So kiwi grip feedback? and what do you guys have on the list to-do's this winter/comming spring your looking foward too?

I am planning on doing Kiwi grip my Formula floor, so about a year ago i did a 2'x3' plywood prepped just like my floor to see how it would look and how durable is and i am very happy with the results. I used a very small notched trowel to spread it so the bumps are really minimal.
