Took the "EL Dorado" 45 miles out to the ledge Memorial Day in 2-4 foot seas winds variable less than 10 kt. Fishing was slow, but we caught a few Dolphin and had a blast. Boat performed like a dream. SJ

Yes that plywood shelf is for the freshwater tank. If you do not have that option, there is no reason why you could not use that space, especially since storage is an issue on our 209's. And that space drains into bilge all day long. SJ

I called and they just said they were having trouble with the MMSI side of things and that it would eventually be fixed. And that my MMSI number was still legit in case of emergency. That's what I wanted to hear and I hope and pray its true. SJ

Thanks. I've already been to the Flambeau website and they have common sizes with Plano and the others that would not fit very well. Not even close. I'm not afraid of shoving trays in there that don't fit so that I can use the space, I just wonder what Grady was thinking. SJ
