2005 model 228 was only rated 250 hp max . 300 Max came at about 2011-2012 the same time as they replaced the F/G swim platform with aluminum. In any case you should use either a 17",18 or even 19" depending on load and use.
I spin a Yamaha saltwater series 17" on my boat with 4.2 lt 250 hp and it is about right for offshore fishing, full tank, gear and 3-4 anglers.
Assuming you have a hardtop, as I have one too.

Now I am certifying the boat and I have told them to put a maximum 300hp motorization
Although it is from the year 2005, can you put 300hp?

Your English is fine - no worries!
Those two little motors look like trolling motors. It's actually a pretty ingenious little design with the Lencos set up to lower them. I suspect that somewhere on the dash will be buttons to lower/raise them and then some type of control for speed. If they're individually adjustable for speed, you could use them sort of like a stern thruster, to an extent.
That 225 looks really clean - at least from the pictures of the bracket - which is usually what shows problems first as it's always in the water. It appears this boat was never left in the water for any amount of time. If the 225 is in good shape, I wouldn't spend any money on a new engine - that's PLENTY of engine for a 22' boat. Really, that's more than enough engine. I have a 250HP on my 24' and even that is more than enough. Having the engine on a bracket helps with performance, as well.
Seriously, I'd go out and run the boat the way it is for a while before you spend money that you probably don't have to. You can always re-power down the road if you feel the need. But chances are you're going to be very happy with the way it is.

The fishing that I do is usually 20 nautical miles from the coast, (generally tuna)
I want to put a new motor because if this is good I will sell it at a good price and with the new one I would forget about 10 years of problems and also for safety.
Those two little motors are connected to the gps?
Will they be to drift?
When I have the boat I will have to find out, but if it serves to make drifts it will be a jigging bomb.

I have also read here that with propellers of four blades sails better on the high seas

I can understand the reason you want to install a new engine, I'm the same I fish offshore mostly off Sydney Australia, up to 30+ miles off shore I chase marlin and tuna. I want to have a reliable engine to get me back as I don't use a kicker these days, they get in the way when fighting big fish , I never want to have an engine older than 10 years. Are you in Bilbao?
Your boat is rated for max 250 hp, newer boats , post 2011 are rated for 300 hp but they have different bracket/swim platform.

Check this out , that's your boat. On page 14 you will see the capacity plate , 8 persons and 250 hp. When you get your boat she will have that plate under the helm. If I was you I would fit a new 250 hp, stick with Yamaha if you want to save some Euros. Personally I prefer Mercury but I haven't had any problems with my Yamaha.
Good luck with your new boat , you will love it for offshore fishing , the best 22 footer anywhere in my opinion , I'm on my second 228.

If you mean minimum speed to get on the plane, about 14 knts
At what cruise speed are you going? (Kts)
I cruise at 30+ knts weather permitting

I have Yamaha saltwater II , 17" pitch
What average consumption do you get on a fishing trip?
That depends on a lot of things but as a guide 0.6 knt per lt. Pacific of Sydney can get very rough.

I knew you had one, hence my comment . I meant I never seen them hooked up with Lenco actuators .
That little minn coda prop must free well into orbit when running the Yamaha at 30 knots. Do you get any kind of a rooster tail ?
