    Parts for 1989 Overnighter

I haven't been on here for a while. Maybe I could find this answer in a prior post, so my apologies if this is repetitive. I have an '89 Overnighter. I'm looking for to replace the light pole and a hinge on the lid to the live well. Any tips for where I might be able to find these? Thanks...

    Water in Bilge /recently repowered

All great tips/suggestions. Much appreciated. May not be related to the re-power. Exploring all possibilities. Going to do some more investigating myself but may end up taking it in to be looked at. Would like to have resolved going into September - some of the best boating weather...

    Water in Bilge /recently repowered

Thanks for those suggestions. The auto-bilge is working - that's one piece of good news. But after that runs there is always some remaining water that I clear out by running bilge "manually". I will look at some of the other things you mentioned. Thanks very much.

Water level - scuppers - new engine

Water level - scuppers - new engine

Thanks for that information. Thought I had been pretty thorough with my research before re-powering, but now I feel like I could have covered more bases. I've seen my same motor (Suzuki 200) on same or similar boat and it didn't seem to be a problem. The new 4 strokes all seem pretty...

Hoping to get some input from the group on something that has me a bit worried. I have a 1989 Overnighter 20. I just re-powered with a 200 hp Suzuki. Upgraded from a 2 stroke Yamaha 175 hp. I did some thorough research before going ahead with the purchase including talking to someone with...

Check your live well overflow 226 208 and others

Not sure if this thread is right place for me to post this but let me give it a try. I have an '89 Overnighter. I've posted in the past about an issue I've had for a while where the bilge pump kicks in when I have a heavier load on the boat. We'll be at anchor and it will periodically kick...

auto bilge goes on with heavy load / live well question

Last year I posted a question about how when I'm out with a heavy load in the cockpit of my 1989 Overnighter 20 the automatic bilge will kick on periodically and a fair amount of water gets pumped out. It's not constant, but it also doesn't just happen once and stop. It also doesn't...

    Automatic Bilge Question

I have a 1989 Overnighter 20 that I bought used a couple of years ago. Overall it has performed well - this is my 5th season with it. There's one thing that it does that I want to understand better and need to know if it's something that I need to take care of. If I'm out with a heavy...
