I have a few deck scorch marks caused by charcoal. Does anyone know what I should do to remove them?

CORROSION Thanks for the feed back. When I get the chance in a couple of weeks I will check out the bubbling to see what it consists of.

I just noticed adjacent to my starboard engine bracket some bubbling which I know must be corrosion. What should I do? I have an '01 Gulfstream.

Venting ElyseM, I didn't think of that. I wonder what complications I might get into by removing the fill apparatus to get to the vent hose?

Venting My 01 Gulfstream's auxillary tank has the same slow filling issue. I tried to pull some of the vent hose to illiminate any belly, but it seemed to be locked in place by some sealer. I guess I will have to live with it. :(

Hull Damage Thanks for the replies. This is an'01 Hull. The engines which are on a bracket kicked up. Looking up at the hull from the trailer there seems to be some warp, but given the angle I am looking at I can't be sure. I have not found any cracks.

I recently ran my 23'Gulf Stream hard aground while running about 30mph on hard sand. When I stopped the boat it was in about 2 inches of water listing to one side due to the v-2 hull. It took Tow Boat US to pull us out of this mess. Out side of some scratches on my hull I don't see any...

Live well pump Thanks for the responses. I guess I will try the 500 GPH in my Gulfstream since I don't think the live well is more than 50 gallons.

My Gulfstream has a 700 GPH live well pump that has failed. I incorrectly ordered a 500 GPH replacement unit. My question is will this smaller pump be adequate?

I noticed a squeek when trimming up my 2001 yamaha 150 HPDI from the trim mechanism. Is this something I can fix by adding fluid and if so where do I access the fill port. Any other instruction will be appreciated.

The helm of my Sea Star hydraulick steering squeeks when turning. I have topped off the fluid. What can I do to fix this?

Grady Drive I lost the original plug and I have since been using a rubber plug with a plastic tightening device that works great. Don't use the brass tightening kind or it may deteriorate the aluminum around the drain hole as I have found out.

Can any one tell me where I can get a replacement housing or lid for the freshwater hose receptical on the top of the stern? I rcently lost the soft rubber lid.
