    2007 282 with F250s performance

Yes, Oly for us, the 265 is in a slip at westport, we have been on and off a lot killing salmon. When do you normally make your first tuna trip? First of August?

Was the GW 265 Express hull used in any other model ?

eppem, My 265 is a 2004 and would love to have the upgrade option of a 28 footer. Paired with the new light weight F300s would be perfect!

Is the 232 too big to trail with half ton truck?

I tow my 265 with my F150 that's rated for 11,400 lbs. It mainly depends on how your truck is equipt. If its 4x4, has the tow package, and the 5.4 V8 you are well within the limits for a 232. You'd be shocked how well it tows my 265.

Help Needed F150 or F250 for Towing Adventure 208

I tow my 265 express 60 miles with moderate hills with my F150. Its rated for 10k lbs. It tows better than we could have ever dreamed. The F250 is a cool rig but certainly not needed to tow that boat.

    265 Express bow diving

I've never once experienced that! Mine is a 2004 and has been 70 miles offshore in the pacific. Handles chop and swells with ease.

    Trailer for 265 Express

I have a aluminum duel axel Shorelander trailer with bunks under my 265. It has been the best trailer I have ever owned. Shorelander also makes a half roller/half bunk model that looks interesting too. I wanted nothing to do with a triple axel as they are too hard to manuver in close quarters.

    232 Gulfstream trailering

I tow my 265 with my '06 F-150...no problems. I tow long distance with considerable hills. The 1500 will do the job just fine.

    Gulfstream Trailering

Have you talked to Karl at Jacobsens Marine in Seattle (Grady Dealer)? He may have a few for sale and save you some serious shipping charges.

    Considering New Boat Purchase

You're dealing with Jacobsens I assume? Carl or Terry? Both will do you right. We picked up our 265 from them a year ago and they were great to deal with. Keep in mind, prices may vary from what others on this board are used to seeing as we are in the Northwest and Jacobsens has the market...

New 265... Fuel gage-main or aux?

Yep...thats how it works and if im not mistaken, its the top left rocker switch. Thanks for the offer Sunday, I wish I could take you up but I'll be at work. My schedule is far more flexable after the 1st. We'll talk. I'm looking forward to seeing your snap upgrades too!
