Here's what I have works great for me

Went out early today before the wind picked up, stayed in the Raritan and trolled white mojos, then birds where working at the tip of the hook, throw chartreuse shads. Caught 6 on mojos and 4 on the shads, only 1 keeper the rest were over. See you out there

I was out front today nothing so headed in hit 4 on spoons in the Raritan hopefully it will blow up soon

I have the same boat The bilge is behind outboard encapsulated and the scuppers can let water in and bilge could remain dry, change the scuppers and you should fine. Most likely when they launched your boat they flipped the scuppers

I have a 2000 192 that had the same issue a few years back, i moved battery to middle in front of outboard and problem solved. Once i replaced my 2 stroke with a 4 stroke i move to port side where oil tank used to be.

Lucky You added an enclosure awhile back i would think that is your issue, its a give and take save your money.

You can rent a U haul for $20 with mileage maybe $25 why would you want to risk your vehicle. Good luck and have fun
