Congrats on the purchase, Im down in Morehead City, but do a bit of commuting to Greenville, atleast 4 times a month. I just purchased a 190 Tournament and hit the water for this first time this afternoon. Handled amazing even with these nasty winds down here.

Re: New to forum, new Grady White Owner! Thanks to some horrible weather all week, my maiden voyage was postponed 2 days. It was blowing 15-20 SSW with a 3-6 foot very choppy sea. The weather wasn't great but at least it wasn't storming. So put the boat in the water around 2:30 this afternoon...

When installing fishfinder and vhf, do i wire it to my battery that cranks the outboard (only battery currently on boat) or do I wire it to its own battery?
