    Gauge Identification

I can't see it ever being a Stern Drive because it has two fuel tanks taking up the entire cockpit area and the tanks are definitely original.

    Gauge Identification

I don't know if they are original or not. No the boat has never been a stern drive. The hose goes all the way back to the engine. I'm hoping it works with a new hose connected.

    Gauge Identification

Thanks. I got thrown when I saw Water instead of PSI. The hose goes all the way back to the engine. I'm hoping with a new hose it will work.

    Gauge Identification

I bought a 87 Seafarer where I am fixing everything up but I'm confused with one of the gauges. One says Water, the other Temperature. I'm sure the one that says Temperature is the engine temp, but the other says water and the dial only goes to 35. It has a small hose that goes to the engine...

Bilge Pump on GW 1987 Seafarer 22

I just finished installing the float switch and new bilge pump. Even after taking one of you guys advice where I cut an access whole in front of where the Live Well goes, it still was a major pain in the %&*$! I never want to do that again.

    Help Identify this switch

I am preparing to rewire the console on this 87 GW Seafarer. Next to the 4 toggle switch panel is a single toggle switch that I have no idea what it controls. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks.

Bilge Pump on GW 1987 Seafarer 22

That's what I figured. I took out the live well, which was a pain in itself. Now to see if I can get the pump out without falling in ;)

Bilge Pump on GW 1987 Seafarer 22

Before I try to access my bilge pump, I was hoping someone else has done this because it seems a bit radical. The way I see it, you have to take the Live Well out to get under to the bottom of the boat where the pump is. Has anyone done this? Thanks.

Electrical Bus Bar for a 1992 Seafarer

I was looking for some information on my Seafarer's Bus Bar, particularly the amperage rating. It only has 9 fuse connections and I'm looking for a replacement that has 12, but I'm not sure about the amp rating. I found one with a rating of 20, but I'm not sure it that is sufficient. Thanks for...

    Trim Tabs

I just completed an install of Lenco's 12 x 12 Trim Tabs to my Seafarer 22. I'm not sure how much it would have cost to have them installed, but I'm glad I did it myself because it wasn't that difficult. Can't wait to test them out.

1992 GW Seafarer 22 Trim Tab Instalation

I was hoping someone has installed trim tabs on a GW Seafarer and could help me in the placement of the tabs. I have seen other installs where they say 3 to 4 inches from the edge of the boat, but these boats don't have the hull design as the GW. Thanks for any advise, John
