It attaches to the back of the Bimini top and it goes all the way to the back of the boat.it goes around the motor and mounts on the sides it's basically a total covering for mooring

I was having issue with my Yamaha 200 where it would get up to about 32 knots and seem like it wanted to do more but would back off. Last time out granted I had four people plus a dog in my Tournament 192. But I was only getting about nine knots. Any idea what my problem might be?

I can only get about 32 knots out of my 200 horse Yamaha on my Grady white 192. When powering up it seems like it wants to go faster but then kicks back a little. I've added seafoam to the fuel, replaced the fuel filter in the engine, replaced the fuel water separator. Any other ideas? Thanks
