    Gulfstream fish table

Depends on how big of fish you catch!! Just Kidding. That was there already from the GW factory like some sort of lame cutting board but I sure didn’t mind it being there for my installation. Truth is the lid itself seems more than strong enough - especially if you use the SS backing plates...

Downrigger Mounting on 97 232 Gulfstream

Same on my 2008 Gulfstream - love the Burnewiins. Snap the riggers in and out so easy as well as snap in pacific pro pot puller, SS heavy duty rod holders for deep drop w/electrics, etc. etc.

Would it be worth it to move up?

Short answer YES! If you'll be happier, bigger grin, enjoy!! Having lost my wife to cancer this past winter, it has been reinforced to really enjoy the journey - no guarantee of reaching the finish line (whatever that is). Enjoy while you have the health and energy to do so!

    Door Locked on Freedom 307

If it's the key I'm thinking it's both generic to that lock and I was able to overnight a set from Amazon.

    Replacing gas shocks. Help requested...

FYI for those of you referencing this thread, you can also find the right lengths/strengths in a TalorMade shock BUT... They have plastic ends that can break and don't last as long as the all-SS Ameritool shocks

    Rod holders

If replacing cup holders consider these - available in 0, 15, 30-degree and open bottom or drainage system bottom, round or angled flange. Super heavy duty SS - love them on my 232 Gulfstream and have a backing plate to adapt to cup holder holes. Still have the cup holder when cruising and pick...

    Removing and Reinstalling floor panels

"...not cheap, but its a rounding error in an annual boat budget" I didn't know boats had budgets LoL - no wonder I'm spending so much!!

    Replacing gas shocks. Help requested...

The ameritool shocks are great because the clasps (that grab onto the ball mounts) are all stainless steel and last longer than the plastic clasps on the taylor made shocks. Taylor Made works just fine if you can't find the Ameritool ones in the correct length/strength. Don't skimp on the...

    Gulfstream fish table

I did not use framing under the table but did go with 3/4” material. No flex and no warping so far over 2 seasons of heavy usage.

    Gulfstream fish table

For the table I just used the nylon mounts rather than the $$. No issues with strength of the 3 hinges.

    Gulfstream fish table

I'm super happy with my setup - gets LOTS of use as a rigging station, filet station, and lunch table. 2008 GS. I ordered the table custom sized from Boat Outfitters. I went as wide as I could while still leaving transom access to the swim step (starboard side) and remaining centered on the...
