I've got the same boat and the same issue. Interested in what you find, the door frames are super brittle.

Look at Boat OUtfitters.com. They have platforms made of Starboard with integral swim ladder.

If I do this, Id get a cupholder w a drain spout, and run tubing to the bilge.

Good idea. I have some leftover 3/4 " Starboard. Just don't want it to catch on anything
