    OX66 or F250 on Marlin

    definitely go with the low hour 4 strokes. Quieter, better on gas, no oil burning,etc. You can swap out the seat and the other minor changes, but you definitely want to get the engines right the first time.

    Marlin Hull Value

    You can check with a GW dealer but I'm pretty sure the biggest engines you could mount on 2001 hull are 250's. i have an '08 Marlin with twin 250's and don't think you would need/want any more than that. Good luck if you decide to pursue it. Rudy

    new owner '08 marlin

    first posting, planning to close on a "new to me" 08 Marlin next week. I'm planning to swap out the port side pedestal seat with the "companion lounge" seat. Anyone out there looking to swap in the other direction??? If not any advice on acquiring/installing a new seat of this kind??? Also...
