Here is what they were able to do. I should have the boat back next week and will update. If the seat outlives the hardware I should at least be able to swap out the hardware for new. .

I was able to have an adaptor plate machined. Boat is still in the shop but got a pic sent to me today and it looks spot on!

I found these measurements online from an 1997 GW 208 and I’m pretty sure they correspond to mine as well.

Helpful insight @seasick The pricing on seedealercost.com seems pretty informed on both base costs and options. I’m very open to the pre-owned market, and agree that the combination of maintenance costs and an economic downturn could add significantly to boats coming onto the market soon.
