What do you mean by "all the safety equipment"? Life raft? Radar? I'm planning on going inshore in 208 adventure in SC.

I thought that with the battery switch on both you would get an average of the two batteries. Half the current from the good one would go to the starter and half would go to charge the dead battery. Maybe you need to start with one on then run it with both.

Is thered any way to get the old aluminum looking new? When I took my bimini off to get it restitched it was amazing the difference between the exposed and covered metal.

Not a problem with my Grady but with my deck boat. It has analog gauges that all work fine however when I put my running lights on the voltometer pins down below 10 volts and the the fuel gauge show up to full. This does not happen when I only put the mooring light on. Any thought where to...

I tried Great Lakes for my 1995 208 and they didn't have it. Did not try later years. I too would like a pulpit cover. I will be getting a custom cover to attach from the back zipper of my bimini to boat hooks placed in the rear rod holders.

Trying to find a Grady White hitch cover. So far have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know where I can find one? Don't you think Grady should make them?

Haven't replaced mine yet but bet you could use surgical tubing. Also makes for great sling shots.

The Station by our lake has only ethanol-free fuel. All the boats go there to fill up. Costs about 10 cents more per gallon.

I had gotten a pair but the scuppers on my Adventure were screwed in at the 12-3-6-9 o'clock positions whereas the replacements had screw holes at 1:30-4:30-7:30-10;30. Takes a little modification to make them fit with the original housing.

I have a 1995 208 with a 225 Yammie 2-stroke and a kicker on the back. I can get up to 41 MPH with trim tabs up and a full boat (fuel, water, bait tank, two riders and a six pack of Coke). It maxes at 5500 RPM although I think I should be able to get a few more RPM than that. Already spent...
