No need a for a triple axle for that boat. Have him put 5,200lb axles and you will be fine with only a tandem. That is what I have for my 265 which is a tad heavier than your boat and haven't had a problem. Less trailer maintenance with 4 wheels compared to 6.
edit..just saw that the trailer is home. Not going to lie but those axles looks a little to far forward or the trailer just isn't long enough. Way to much hanging off the back not being supported by a trailer.

Vince, Glad to see you have a sweet set-up now. Here's a picture you might like to have when you are bragging to your buddies about how well you are set up...…..

I replaced my Road King this year and they highly suggested after seeing mine sitting on the old trailer to go to the 10Kish trailer over I think was an 8600# before.
WIth the 16" wheel/tires, it made a huge difference and rides much better. No more squatting .I am very happy I went to the 10K model.
I am a bit tongue heavy as they thought it needed to move forward a bit and cut off the extra bunk length, but in reality, I should have told them to keep it's existing position as before, it was perfect in tongue weight.
I think what I am going to do is move it back the 3" that they moved it forward, and move the bunks back/redrill new holes and be back where I want/need it to be.
Thinking I can fill the holes with CPES and Epoxy, or just put some galvanized carriage bolts in the empty holes.
Also, the put custom heavier bunk brackets on....I think they are 3/8" over the normal since mine were slightly bent on the original trailer.
These boats are heavier than the brochures once you have them fully loaded with all the gear/water/ice/fuel/tackle, etc.

I don't know what the configuration is at the transom, some boats have the end of the hull, and then an extension that is a few inches higher. But, if extending those bunks would keep them in contact with the bottom, then it should be done. Looks like the engine is mounted directly to the transom, and it is unsupported.
