You can buy the setup from Grady but it is very expensive. Used ones do pop up but rarely. Try looking for marine salvage. Installation can also be tricky since the existing rails have to be cut I believe to match the new bow railing. In my opinion, you can install a simple bow roller bracket and be fine. If you are installing a windlass ( and there isn't a ton of room on the 208) get a hinged drop style of bow roller to reduce jamming. You will also need to beef up and modify the anchor locker lid to accommodate a windlass
I bought a new one from Grady some years ago. It came with all the hardware. Had to cut and extend the rails but not difficult. I believe I paid around $1500 some 10- 12 years ago, so no doubt it had doubled by now. I could not find a used one in good condition so had to go new. I do not have a windless but it made hand setting and pulling the pick a lot easier. It made a change from a boat to a yacht in one modification.
I suggest you invest in a Minn Kota Terrova over the windless and pulpit. A game changer when bottom fishing. That's what I have on my 208 and it's been smiles ever since. Simply amazing to Spotlock on wrecks over 100' deep.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I think I may have located one that will work, even though it's currently on a 268 Islander. Its 45" long. I believe the 208 version was 42", but not 100% sure. Not in the best shape, but I can fix it.
Spot lock sure is nice. I mostly fish anchored for hours on tidal rivers with ripping current. It would work a trolling motor to death.

Hi TMANN. Im looking to replace my damaged bow rail over the pulpit on my 268 Islander. I see that you posted that you had a line on a used one? Did you buy it? Thanks Cliff.
Someone bought the entire boat before I could pick it up. That one was on Facebook marketplace.

There was a guy that had one on eBay for the longest time specifically for a 22' Grady White I believe it was, but I can't find it on there anymore. There are a few generic ones out there as well, though I can't comment on the quality of them as I personally don't have any experience with them. Here are a couple of different options. Do you know what the measurements are specifically? Most of the aftermarket manufacturers seem to be selling the same product, or at least they're using the same pictures.

Factory pulpit for a 208 should be 42x14. I ended up just going with a roller.
