Keep looking. You shouldn't have any trouble finding one of those for that price before the summer months.

Changing my mind. Looking for 2006 and newer. I like the change to the transom.
Any leads are appreciated. East of the Rockies.

I don't have any intention of buying a 232 Gulfstream but if I did, I definitely like the 2006 and newer body style as opposed to the 2005 and older.

You likely dodged a bullet.. it looked like a Florida boat that was brought up.. bracket had to be replaced due to damage.. work done looked crappy.. engines looked beat to crap as well.

I am always amazed at how good boats look in advertisements. There are some excellent photographers around.
Glad I am not in a hurry. One will turn up.

Yes, I'd recommend any boat you are interested in, have the seller send you a video of them walking around and slowly taking a video of everything.. can't hide anything then

She's not a 2006 and newer, but here's a 2005 from out here in the PNW for sale for anyone that might be interested...

Amazing how much more pricey they are in the PNW. Thanks for the link.

Thanks for the link! much appreciated. A little too far, (I'm in Baltimore), a little too much money for the year and hours, too many hours, (I'm looking for under 750 hours), and really want 2006 or later as the transom went through a big change that is a huge improvement.

But appreciate all links as they provide perspective. Looking at boats is not a bad thing!

Made me think of what it would cost for all the towing permits from Washington to Maryland......

Thanks Mustang. I like it except I really am holding out for twins. Many of my trips will be from Florida to Abaco and Ocean City, MD out to the Canyons. (65 miles +) Twins will work much better for what I want and what my insurance company requires. I do like the price on this one.

Thanks SoFLGrady. Sold my 285 Grady last fall and want something smaller not larger. Larger is comfortable offshore but more to trailer, launch and take care of. I want a smaller boat that is easier to handle solo for someone who is closer to 70 than he cares to admit. The 232 fits the needs of our next boating decade. And I like 2.2 mpg vs 1.6 mpg you probably see. Those $6-$8 a gallon fill-up in Abaco are ugly and every little bit helps.
