Has anyone had experience with replacing the AC in a 2002-2007 Express 330.
Having trouble finding a unit that had the same orientation to utilise the return air.
Does anyone have info on what unit is installed in new 330’s?
Existing AC is a Marine Air 10BTU

I had my original AC unit replaced last year in my 2002 330. I don’t remember the manufacturer of original unit but I believe the company was purchased by Dometic.

I used a Dometic model # 12940482 10,000 btu refit kit purchased from West Marine. Cost was $2,210 plus shipping. The installing tech charged me 15.5 hours labor claiming that the foot prints were not the same and he had to do a lot of retrofitting to get everything lined up.

It took quite a while for the replacement but I wasn’t using the boat at the time so that part didn’t bother me. My total out of pocket cost was $4,128. Hope this helps with your decision.
