2012 Freedom 275 electrical issue's

Late last summer my horn, wipers and nav lights stopped working at the same time. It was the end of the season, so I didn't troubleshoot it. Now I am prepping the boat for the season I want to look into it. Since the all stopped working at the same time I am thinking fuse or breaker. I checked the fuses in the fuse box in the console and they are fine. The breakers in the battery switch box are the red push buttons. They look ok but I haven't pulled them out and looked closely. Are there any inline fuses I should look at? In the hull near the batteries there are some electrical connections. Are there fuses in those connection? I have the manual but it is not clear. Thanks
 
They may all be unrelated, but If the switches are adjacent in your switch panel, it could be a ground issue to those switches. The switch panel should be easy to troubleshoot on the backside. All three of those items get their power from your switch panel. If other items on your switch panel work, that means the switch panel is getting power from a battery. Horns and Nav lights are common corrosion related failures. Wiper motors tend to be pretty reliable. If only your NAV lights are in inoperable check your anchor light. It runs off the same switch and will confirm your switch is providing power to those items. Your switch panel contains pushbutton breakers for those items, and there should not be any more fuses from the switch panel to the item itself.
 
Pull the switch panel. The switches have 12 volt positive jumpers across the rows. You may have a jumper off - that would explain several going out at once. This is a photo of my new panel. Those red wires are jumpers. If you don't see a problem get a voltmeter and test them.

Thanks. Yes the live well, washdown and fresh water all work. I have a multimeter. I will have to climb under there and start testing. I was hoping that there was a breaker or inline fuse that may be the problem.

Thanks I will jump under there and take a look. I have a multimeter so I can start testing for power. I was hoping there was a breaker or inline fuse issue. Is it possible one of the red push button breaker in the battery select box went bad?
