Has anyone replaced the cup holders next to the seats aft in a fisherman 180 with combo cup/rod holders? Looks tight- I think you would have to go with 0 degree- although a 15 degree might work if you angled it outboard a bit, but that may make the rod hit the seat- any one do this?

it’s doable, but 0° or a very small outboard angle is usually the safest choice unless you want to rework the seat/trim or use an offset mount
I installed a vertical rod rack from Taco Marine on my 180. It was brushed aluminum and I just screwed it onto the deck behind the motor well rail. It worked very well and gave me space for four more rods.
