Start with your local marina. These .com shipping companies can offer great prices but I have heard so many horror stories. A boat your size is not just some guy with a F150 pickup truck transport. Do you have a trailer?

I drag my 268 Islander to Islamorada and back to Cape May every winter for the last 20 years. By myself. It's not hard...just preparation and time on task.

Try uship dot com - lot's of our customers have used them (you'll get multiple quotes that you can then research and contact the company to ask questions) over the years and it has always worked out well.

Not sure who you are referring to nor what "it /ma sis" means?

Have you thought about doing the trek yourself? I've purchased 3 boats in the past, all of them admittedly quite a smaller than yours where they were in the 21'-22' range, but I either flew out/drove out to the east coast, bought the boat and then trailered them back the 3,000+ miles to the Seattle area where I live. I checked with UShip each time, and each time I did it seemed like most companies were at least 2-3 weeks out before getting to the boat, and then it would take another week on top of that to have it delivered to me. Each time I checked with UShip, prices also went up considerably, to where the first time I looked for my first boat in 2017, I think the cheapest I could find was like $2.5k. When I bought my GW 228 Seafarer back in October of 2021, the cheapest I could find was around $4,500-$5k, and again it was going to take them several weeks just to get to my boat as they had clients in front of me. But again that was also the cheapest pricing I could find, other companies were well over $8k+. Obviously your boat is considerably bigger than my 228 Seafarer, but the drive time is less than half of what I did each time. If you feel comfortable towing the boat and have the rig to do so, or could rent a truck and do it that way, that's another consideration that you might think about. If you drove 60 mph and put in 10 hours of driving a day, you could do the trek relatively comfortably in 2 days. Or you could even do a 3 day trek, drive 6-7 hours a day, take your time and still be able to do it all in 3 days. As long as you're comfortable with doing it and the trailer brakes/hubs/bearings and everything else checks out, that might be the option I'd consider choosing. Good luck!
